Photography. A science. An Art. A method to share the world I see.
I live on Conesus Lake, one of the Finger Lakes of New York State, with my wonderful [and understanding] wife and partner, and our Lab-mix rescue, fondly known as Kooper the Dim.
I have been a life-long resident of this region.
My photography is my way of showcasing this wonderful region, the changing of the seasons, the diversity of the landscape and the daily opportunities that present themselves.
I have a gallery at the Oak Valley Inn in Geneseo, NY and I participate in local arts and crafts shows. [please see the info page for current schedules]. Additionally, I have many framed and matted images available for purchase directly.Contact me for details
My images are been published in the Capture Rochester project sponsored by the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle; WHEC channel 10 weather calendar; The Great Backyard Bird Count sponsored by Audubon and The Cornell Lab of Ornithology; the Conesus Lake Association; and the George Eastman House Where We Live, exhibition. Additionally, I have placed in the Lilac Festival Show us your lilacs! photo contest.
